KUSA Registration Guideline

Our website allows you to generate a pdf certificate online and send directly to KUSA. Click on List of Pets, Click on the dog’s name, scroll down and press “send” to create the PDF. (Please save a copy and ensure you sent to the correct KUSA address).

In order to minimise room for error and to eliminate the hassles accompanied by registering dogs with incorrect microchip numbers we have instituted the following:

1. All KUSA registration forms must be accompanied by one sticker which is available in the microchip pack. It is the 15 digit number and we suggest you stick this next to the correct dog on the registration form. This ensures that the dog’s CommuniPet certificate corresponds to the number on the KUSA registration form.
2. We have granted KUSA read only and printing rights to our website enabling them to search for a particular chip number and print the certificate should the need arise.
