VERY IMPORTANT: if you are unsure whether your pet has been micro chipped before. Please have the pet scanned before inserting the chip. Let the implementer scan the chip before and after inserting.
1. Create new User Account HERE!
2. Once Account is created you will be logged into your profile page. Once there click on‘Add new Pets!’
3. Once registration forms are complete, your pet is linked to your user account.
Should your lost pet be found your contact details disclosed in the first portion of the form will be made available to anyone who first has found your pet.
Important: there are three stickers allocated in each package. One is for your vet card, 1 to attach to the KUSA registration form where applicable and one for personal record keeping. Should any disputes arise you will need to present this as proof.
